Our agreements feature 3 main components and the low, capped monthly fee includes all associated labour and any call out fees. The only additional cost you bear is any additional product purchase you make through NBS along with any installation costs associated with that new product. Priority Services are paid on a monthly or quarterly basis, to make budgeting so much easier, whilst reducing cash flow pressures. Check out some of the benefits of Priority Services:

1) Proactive Maintenance

Fix problems before they impact your business through our proactive maintenance checks. Customers with NBS Priority Services receive scheduled visits from our Industry Accredited Technicians. Any faults are repaired on the spot and a complete health check is performed on your system to ensure it is working as it should. You can select a Proactive Maintenance agreement that best suits your business needs, with on-site services conducted anywhere from monthly, up to every 6 months.

Proactive Maintenance includes:

  • Reprogramming of phones
  • Updating telephone software
  • Cleaning all phones
  • Personalising phones (dialling sequence etc)
  • Relocation of handsets
  • Review of your phone bills

2) Priority Response
Need instant response when a telecommunication fault occurs? With Priority Services, we guarantee an instant response within 1 business day of your enquiry. As the name suggests, you are our priority!

3) After Hours Service
Does your business require after hours service (outside standard business hours, public holidays, weekends)? We provide after hours service to all of our Priority Services customers. This service is essential for Nursing Homes, Schools, Businesses operating 7 days per week and Head Offices.
